5. Intellectual Property

AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools is licensed to you for commercial and personal use in accordance with your subscription plan. You may use AI-generated artwork for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Adept-MAG and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

6. Social Media Integration

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, and others) to publish content. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and post content on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. API Usage and Rate Limits

The Service includes API credits for AI generation and other features. Usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADEPT-MAG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adept-MAG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
